2. Delivery Mechanism & Timeline

Since all products are digital, the delivery is instantaneous upon successful checkout verification:

• Instant Dashboard Access: Upon completion of checkout and payment confirmation via our secure payment gateway (Razorpay), your purchased courses, mock tests, and notes will be instantly activated in your student **Dashboard** under "My Courses" or "Order History".
• Email Confirmation: A receipt and transaction invoice containing the link to access your learning portal will be sent immediately to the email address registered during signup.
• Certificate Delivery: Dynamic certificates are generated instantly on the platform once you finish the course and clear the final grading quiz. You can view, download, or share them directly from the portal.

3. Exceptions & Support

In case of temporary server delays or payment sync lag:

• If your dashboard does not show the purchased courses or notes within **1 hour** of the payment, please do not make a duplicate transaction.
• Reach out to our customer support team immediately with your transaction ID. We will manually verify the payment status with our gateway and activate your account access within **24 hours**.
